Bread pizza with prosciutto and baby greens

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 slices sandwich bread
  • 100 grams bolognese sauce
  • 60 grams shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • Baby greens


  • METHOD:

    Cut bread into two slices to make 2 triangles.

    Arrange bread slices in a circle and press surface with the back of a spoon.
    Bake for 3 minutes at 250 degrees C.

    Spread with bolognese sauce and crack an egg in the middle.
    Top with cheese and bake for 7 minutes at 250 degrees C.

    Top with prosciutto and baby greens and serve immediately.
